Songs by Leonid Utyosov – remembering Odessa Ukraine

Ironically, my dad was crazy about songs by Leonid Utyosov, a world-famous Soviet musician and song-writer, born in Odessa. Most probably, he had been beaten by the Utyosov bug during one of his trips to Odessa, so, needless to say, the disease turned out to be extremely catchy. No wonder, when I heard about the Utyosov restaurant, there were no questions left. Could there be a better place in the whole world where I could listen to the best of his music accompanied by the noise of the surf and spiced up with the light scent of the sea? Is there a place left in the whole world where you could admire an authentic vinyl sound? I think this is just one of the many reasons why you should rent apartment in Odessa and arrange for a longer stay in this beautiful coastal city!
